One of these publishes total load, per-bike load, frame diameter and maximum tire width. The other publishes almost none of that and has a foot pedal. Both answers are defensible, and they are different answers.

The rack to buy when you need to know before ordering. Four published limits mean you can establish whether three specific bikes fit rather than finding out in a car park. Nothing else in this catalog documents itself this well.
The rack most people buy, and the reason is the pedal: tilting a loaded rack with both hands on a boot lid is the daily annoyance, and a foot pedal removes it. Stated support for Y-shaped and oversize frames covers step-through bikes that defeat other racks.
Atera publishes 30 kg (66.1 lb) per bike, which covers two e-bikes with margin. EUFAB states e-bike suitability without publishing a figure. If the answer has to be a number, it is the Atera — though the Fischer ProlineEvo 2 in the same hub publishes 60 kg (132.3 lb) on a two-bike rack.
Yes, and before any bike goes on. Nose weight is stamped on the towbar plate and stated in the vehicle handbook; the rack's own weight comes off it first. A heavier three-bike rack leaves less for the bikes.
EUFAB states support for Y-shaped frames to 6 cm (2.4 in). Otherwise a frame adapter bar creates an artificial top tube — the Allen 900B in this catalog does that, with a published fitting range of 46 to 68 cm (18.1 to 26.8 in).
